Is Al Qaeda fighting a Jihad?

Osama Bin Laden and his cohorts lay claim to a Jihad against Western countries and the Western countries also refer to his band as "Jihadists","Mujahidin or "Islamic fundamentalists".However,evidence abounds to the contrary:Al Qaeda violates the Islamic rules of war on several counts listed below.

The division of Muslim brothers (Shiites and Sunnis) through arguments and fighting was
revealed to Shaytan the rejected (Satan) to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in an interview. Satan
revealed to Prophet Muhammad that by ringing his bells, he was destroying Iman (faith) in the
hearts of Believers. This is the consequence of the disobedience of Quranic verses such as Surat al Anam verse 159,which forbids the formation of parties amongst believers:"As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects,thou hast no part in them and in the least:their affair is with God: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did".This is also evident in Surat al Rum(The Roman):"Those who split up their religion and become mere sects,each party rejoicing in what that which is with itself!" True Muslims are directed to kill those who rule them with the intent of causing division.This is a saying of Prophet Muhammad as reported by Bukhari and Muslims "If some one comes to rule you and wants to divide you-kill him".
Furthermore,Surat al Hujurat (The Chambers) verse 9 says "If two parties of believers take up arms,the one against the other,make peace between them.If either of them commits aggression against the other fight the aggressors till they submit to Allah's Judgement".This point is further stressed in Surat al Imran (The Imrans) verse 103 and 105.Quran 4:93 gives further warnings:
"And anyone who kills a believer intentionally,His recompense is hell,to abide therein;and the wrath of Allah is upon him and His curse,and a tremendous punishment is prepared for him".

The act of killing those who have recited the Kalimah (Islamic creed of faith) is forbidden by
Islam.One of the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), Usama (a.s) make an error
during the first jihad. As he was about to strike a man with his sword, his enemy recited the
Islamic creed (there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His Prophet).Usama went ahead and
killed the man. When Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) heard about it, He adjudged that Usama was
wrong because he could not have known the heart of the man he killed. He (Muhammad) further
revealed that killing a believer would lead one to Hell.

Suicide leads to Hell further than a forty years scent of Paradise. It is reported in a reliable hadith that when
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) came upon a slave who had killed himself because his wounds were
too grievous, he declared Allah subhana wa tahala would sentence the man to Hell for his actions. The use of
suicide bombing by extension, leads to hell not Heaven. This fulfills a prophecy that dajjal would
promise Heaven to his followers but would deliver them to Hell. So, the 9/11 hijackers will not
meet 72 virgins in Paradise as promised by Osama but meet their true master, Satan in Hell.Muslims must remember that bidah(unIslamic innovation) can not be forgiven by Allah (SWT).Wail,which is the hottest patrt of hell,is reserved for proud scholars and pretentious jihadists who support terrorism.

Targeting civilians in a combat is against Islamic Law.Surat al A'nam (The cattle) 151 says:
"Take not life,which God hath made sacred,except by way of Justice and Law" Prophet
Muhammad had provided the rules of war to his followers through the Holy Quran and Sunnah
. He ordered them not to target civilians, women, children and old people. Osama has added an
unIslamic innovation by targeting civilian locations such as the World Trade Center ,Iraqi
markets and schools in Afghanistan. This is a sure sign that he (Osama) is a Satanist.

Mischief with crops and cattle is another attribute of the Antichrist that is displayed by Al
Qaeda terrorists. The attacks on markets are aimed at destroying Al Qaeda and utilizing poverty
as a weapon against the Iraqi people. Also, suicide bombing displays horrible scenes that could
damage the eating habits of the people.This is evident in the suicides committed by American
soldiers.The terrorists are wrecking the psyche of Muslims and non Muslims and have caused
the people to live in fear.Surat al Baqara (The Heifer) verse 32 says:" There are some men
whose views on this life please you,they even call on Allah to vouch for that which is in their
hearts,whereas in fact,they are the deadliest of your enemies.No sooner do they leave you,than
they hasten to commit evil in the land destroying crop and cattle.Allah does not love evil".This
point is further buttressed by verse 204 of the same chapter.

The interview between Prophet Muhammad and Satan reveals that those whose business
thrives on deceit are friends of Shaytan the rejected. Rumor mongering involves spreading lies
and is part of Al Qaeda's Missions Required of the Military Organization,Number 5.Rumor
mongers will face Allah's Judgement and are enemies of all true Muslims.Quran 24:19 says
"Indeed those who that love a scandal should be spread concerning those who believe will have a
painful punishment in this world and in the hereafter and Allah knows and you do not know".

Funding of Al Qaeda terrorism is largely from Haram (cocaine in Afghanistan).The Holy Quran
says in (Quran 5:93-94(90-91))"O you who believe!truly intoxicants,gambling and divination by arrows
are an abomination of Satan's doing:avoid it in order that you may be successful..." .Cocaine and heroine exported from Afghanistan is the highest in world. The interview between Prophet Muhammad and Satan reveals that consumption of cocaine breeds permanent soldiers of Shaytan. By extension, selling is unIslamic employment and Al Qaeda members are not qualified to pray (because of invalid wudhu-ablution before prayers), touch the Quran or defend it.This also entails selling their Iman (faith) for little bread and engaging in unIslamic employment.Al Qaeda also obtains its funding by stealing:Missions required of the Military Organization number one.Furthermore, Prophet Muhammad as reported by al Bukhari and Muslim said in a hadith that "A thief is not a believer while he is engaged in stealing".

Al Qaeda's claim to being reformers is an exercise in falsehood. Introducing unIslamic practices
is a characteristic of fake reformers (we are of the reformers).For instance, Suicide is a form of
mental illness,as psychiatrists would testify, and Muhajideen must be healthy,of sound mind and
body(this is a requirement).Besides Prophet Muhammad is reported by Bukhari to have
said:"He who throws himself from a rock and commits suicide will be throwing himself into the
fire of hell;he who kills himself with a weapon will have that weapon in his hand,stabbing himself
forever in the fire of Hell".

Concealment of religion is an attribute of Dajjal, Arabic for Antichrist. Attacking Iraqi schools
and misapplying the Holy Quran by preying on the ignorance and illiteracy of the masses are
acts aiming at concealing the true position of Islam on terrorism.The "Taliban" forbids girl child
education so that children of Afghanistan will be ignorant of Islamic tenets.The mother plays a
vital role in the socialization of the child.If the mother is ignorant,the child has very little hope.

Al Qaeda encourages the Iraqi people to disobey the Iraqi Government. This disobedience of
civic authority is unIslamic and draws inspiration from Qutbism (the anarchist from Egypt which
Osama subscribes to).This innovation has led to the disobedience to the Quran and leads to a
curse. Also, Forgery, which is another means of terrorist financing, is economic sabotage and
feeds corruption which is high in Iraq.Furthermore,the Status of Forces Agreement has made US
Troops dhimmies.A hadith posits that:"Anyone who kills a dhimmi will not smell the fragrance of the
Garden although its fragrance reaches to a walking distance of forty years.This is reported by Al
Bukhari and others.

Counter terrorism must take note of the weakness in terrorist beliefs to undermine their recruitment
process and indoctrination using the mass media,educational institutions and religious
leaders.The Governments of the Western world should stop recruiting for their enemies using

Islamophobic policies and statements.the war on terror must be won first in the minds of
Muslims and non Muslims before it can be won on the battle fields.

Islamophobia as Counterterrorism Strategy?

Islamophobia refers to the fear of (and often times, hatred) Islam which is prevalent in the Western world as a result of the activities of extremists.It is evident in the mass media and the pronouncements of politicians,civil society groups and the military.Such terms as "Islamic fundamentalists","Islamic terrorists","Islamic extremists" etc are used frequently despite protestations by moderate Muslims and sound counter terrorist advice to the contrary.This suggests that there is more to it than meets the eye.

Terrorists love the tags given by western media and governments:they do not refute the stereotypes.Why?They benefit.Since terrorism is generally seen as Islamic,then all Muslims should join as recruits or provide funding for "projects".So,the western governments and their media are acting out the enemy's script.Terrorist propaganda somehow managed to sabotage western intelligence agencies such that they recruit for their own enemies by glorifying them.How security agents love the term "Jihadists","Mujahidin" (defenders of Islam).They can not accept that these terms are what the enemy calls himself and must be seen as lies. The special cognitive traps for intelligence analysis which were applied using the mass media and some infiltration (from the non members of Al Qaeda) on the practice of counter terrorism.Counter intelligence ought to identify this trend and neutralize it.

When one attempts the separation of terrorism and Islam,one encounters strange attacks.Yours truly visited an American Police forum and when he mooted the idea that Islam forbids several activities of Al Qaeda,he was described in rude terms,described as a crazy Muslim and locked out of the forum by administrators of the forum.When the same experiment was carried out in a Sunni forum,the reverse reaction was the case:he was labeled a iconoclast and heretic.

Who is an unbeliever?

The Holy Quran uses the word Kufr to denote people who cover up or hide realities. The Quran uses this word to identify those who denied Allah's favors by not accepting His Dominion and Authority. Kufr thus is an antonym for Iman (faith) or disbelief in Allah and a Kafir is a non-believer. This type of Kufr is called AL-KUFR UL AKBAR or major kufr. There are many types of Al-Kufr ul Akbar:

1. Kufrul-'Inaad: Disbelief out of stubbornness. This applies to someone who knows the truth and admits to knowing the truth and admits to knowing it with his tongue, but refuses to accept it and refrains from making a declaration. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Throw into Hell every stubborn disbeliever [Surah Qaaf (50), Ayah 24]

2. Kufrul-Inkaar: Disbelief out of denial. This applies to someone who denies with both heart and tongue. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: They recognize the favors of Allah, yet they deny them. Most of them are disbelievers. [Surah Nahl (16), Ayah 83]

3. Kufrul-Kibr: Disbelief out of arrogance and pride. The disbelief by the devils (Iblees) is an example of this type of Kufr.

4. Kufrul-Juhood: Disbelief out of rejection.This applies to someone who acknowledges the truth in his heart, but rejects it with his tongue. This types of kufr is applicable to those who calls themselves Muslims but who reject any necessary and accepted norms of Islam such as Salaat and Zakat. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: They denied them (OUR SIGNS) even though their hearts believed in them , out of spite and arrogance. [Surah Naml (27), Ayah 14]

5. Kufrul-Nifaaq: Disbelief out of hypocrisy.This applies to someone who pretends to be a believer but conceals his disbelief. Such a person is called a MUNAFIQ or hypocrite. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Verily the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of Hell. You will find no one to help them. [Surah An Nisaa (4), Ayah 145].Al Qaeda and their allies are of these kind.Their predecessors,the Hypocrites, led to the splintering of Islam into many parties soon after Prophet Muhammad's death.

6. Kufrul-Istihaal: Disbelief out of trying to make Haram into Halal. This applies to someone who accepts as lawful (Halal) that which Allaah has made unlawful (Haram) like alcohol or adultery.Only Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has the prerogative to make things Halal and Haram and those who seek to interfere with His right are like rivals to Him and therefore fall outside the boundaries of faith.Al Qaeda and the Taliban's drug trade in Afghanistan and Pakistan fall within this category.They have created innovations that make them rivals of Allah.

7. Kufrul-Kurh: Disbelief out of detesting any of Allah's subhanahu wa ta'ala commands. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Perdition (destruction) has been consigned to those who disbelieve and He will render their actions void. This is because they are averse to that which Allaah has revealed so He has made their actions fruitless. [Surah Muhammed (47), Ayah 8-9]

8. Kufrul-Istihzaha: Disbelief due to mockery and derision. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Say: Was it at Allaah, His signs and His apostles that you were mocking? Make no excuses. You have disbelieved after you have believed. [Surah Taubah (9), ayah 65-66]

9. Kufrul-I'raadh: Disbelief due to avoidance. This applies to those who turn away and avoid the truth. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: And who is more unjust than he who is reminded of his Lord's signs but then turns away from them. Then he forgets what he has sent forward (for the Day of Judgment) [Surah Kahf (18), Ayah 57]

10. Kufrul-Istibdaal: Disbelief because of trying to substitute Allah's Laws. This could take the form of:

(a) Rejection of Allah's law (Sharee'ah) without denying it

(b) Denial of Allah's law and therefore rejecting it, or

(c) Substituting Allah's laws with man-made laws. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Or have they partners with Allah who have instituted for them a religion which Allaah has not allowed. [Surah Shuraa(42), Ayah 8] Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says: Say not concerning that which your tongues put forth falsely (that) is lawful and this is forbidden so as to invent a lie against Allah. Verily, those who invent a lie against Allaah will never prosper. [Surah Nahl (16), Ayah 116]

The True meaning of Jihad

Islam does not call for violence; rather it abhors all forms of violence and terrorism, whether against Muslims or non-Muslims.True Islam calls for peace, cooperation, maintaining justice and provides for the happiness and welfare of humanity as a whole. This fact is declared in the Holy Quran when Allah says: "Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition." (An-Nahl: 90). This is contrary to popular belief that Islam is an intolerant religion.

Islam makes it obligatory upon Muslims to stand by the oppressed regardless of their race, color, religion or affiliation and say NO to the oppressor and ask him to respond to the voice of reason and justice.

Jihad is not restricted to fighting aggressive forces. Rather, there are various kinds that most of people are not aware of. For example, striving against the evil desires of the soul is a kind of jihad that every Muslim should carry out.

For more elaboration on the point, I cite the following fatwa issued by Sheikh M. S. Al-Munajjid, a prominent Saudi Islamic lecturer and author:

“First, jihad is of various kinds, some of which are obligatory upon everyone who is accountable, and some are obligatory upon the community as a whole, i.e., if some people undertake them then the rest are relieved of the obligation. And some kinds of jihad are mustahabb (recommended).

Jihad an-nafs (jihad against one’s self) and jihad ash-Shaytan (jihad against Satan) are obligatory upon everyone who is accountable. Jihad against the munafiqin (hypocrites), kuffar (disbelievers) and leaders of oppression and innovation is obligatory upon the community as a whole. Physical jihad (i.e., fighting) against the kuffar may become an individual obligation upon everyone who is able to do it in certain circumstances, which will be described below.

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once this is understood, then jihad is of four kinds: jihad an-nafs (jihad against one’s self), jihad ash-Shaytan (jihad against Satan), jihad against the kuffar and jihad against the hypocrites.

1. Jihad an-nafs (jihad against one’s self) consists of four kinds:

a. Striving to learn the teachings of Islam without which one cannot attain success and happiness in this world or in the Hereafter. If this is missing, then one is doomed to misery in this world and in the Hereafter.This involves educational activities which could be self taught or in a class room environment.

b. Striving to make oneself act in accordance with what one has learned. Simply knowing without acting, even though it may not cause any harm, is not going to bring any benefit.

c. Striving to call others to Islam, teaching those who do not know about it. Otherwise one will be one of those who conceal the guidance and teaching that Allah has revealed, and it will not benefit him or save him from the punishment of Allah. Dawah is an important duty of every Muslim.

d. Striving to bear patiently the difficulties involved in calling people to Allah and the insults of people, bearing all that for the sake of Allah.

If a person achieves all these four levels, then he will be one of the rabbaniyyin (learned men of religion who practice what they know and also preach to others. [see Al `Imran: 79]). The salaf (righteous s) were agreed that the scholar does not deserve to be called a rabbani unless he knows the truth, acts in accordance with it, and teaches it to others. Whoever teaches, acts in accordance with his knowledge, and has knowledge will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

2.Jihad ash-Shaytan (jihad against Satan) is of two types:

a. Warding off the doubts that Satan stirs up to undermine faith.

b. Striving against Satan to ward off the corrupt desires that he provokes.

The first jihad is followed by certainty of faith, and the second is followed by patience. Allah says: “And We made from among them [Children of Israel], leaders, giving guidance under Our Command, when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)” (As-Sajdah: 24)

Allah tells us that leadership in religion is attained through patience and certainty of faith. Patience wards off desires and certainty wards off doubts.

3. Jihad against the munafiqin (hypocrites) and kuffar (disbelievers) is of four kinds: with the heart, the tongue, one’s wealth and oneself. Jihad against the disbelievers is more along the lines of physical fighting, whereas jihad against the hypocrites is more along the lines of using words and ideas like this blog does(against Al Qaeda and their allies).

4. Jihad against the leaders of oppression and innovation is of three kinds: jihad with one's hand (i.e., physical jihad, fighting) if one is able. If that is not possible, then it should be with one's tongue (i.e., by speaking out). If that is not possible, then it should be with one's heart (i.e., by hating the evil and feeling that it is wrong).

These are the thirteen types of jihad, and “Whoever dies without having fought or having resolved to fight has died following one of the branches of hypocrisy.” (Reported by Muslim). (Zad al-Ma`ad, 3/9-11)

Sheikh `Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

Jihad is of various kinds, with one’s self, one's wealth, by making du`a’, by teaching and guiding, by helping to do good in any way. The greatest form of jihad is jihad with one’s self (i.e., going oneself and fighting), followed by jihad with one's wealth, jihad by speaking out and guiding others. Da`wah is also part of jihad. But going out oneself to fight in jihad is the highest form. (Fatawa ash-Sheikh Ibn Baz, 7/334, 335)

Second, the idea of waging physical jihad against the disbelievers went through a number of stages, depending on the state in which the Muslim Ummah was. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

The first thing which his Lord revealed to him [Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)] was to read in the name of his Lord Who had created. That was the beginning of his Prophethood, when Allah commanded him to recite to himself but He did not yet command him to convey that. Then He revealed the words:

‘O you (Muhammad) enveloped in garments! Arise and warn!’ (Al-Muddaththir: 1-2)

So he became a Prophet with the word ‘Iqra’ (Read!) and he became a Messenger with the words, ‘O you (Muhammad) enveloped in garments…’ Then Allah commanded him to warn his closest kinsmen, then to warn his people, then to warn the Arabs around them, then to warn all the Arabs, then to warn all of mankind. He continued to call them for over ten years from the beginning of his Prophethood, without fighting or imposing the jizyah; he was commanded to refrain, to be patient and to be forbearing.

Then permission was given to him to migrate, and permission was given to him to fight.

Then he was commanded to fight those who fought him, and to refrain from fighting those who left him alone and did not fight him.

Then Allah commanded him to fight the disbelievers so that the religion would all be for Allah.

After jihad was enjoined upon him, the disbelievers then fell into three categories: those with whom there was a truce or peace treaty; those with whom he was at war; and those who lived under the rule and protection of the Islamic state. (Zad al-Ma`ad, 3/159)

Third The ruling on physical jihad against the disbelievers is that this is an obligation on the community as a whole (fard kafayah).

Ibn Qudamah said: “Jihad is an obligation upon the community; if some people undertake it, the rest are relieved of the obligation.”

What fard kafayah means is that if it is not undertaken by enough people, then all the people are guilty of sin, but if enough people undertake it, the rest will be relieved of blame. Initially the command is addressed to all of them, as in the case of an individual obligation (fard ‘ayn), but then in the case of fard kafayah the obligation is dropped if enough of the people undertake to do it, unlike the case with fard ‘ayn where the obligation is not dropped if someone else does it. Jihad is a fard kafayah according to the majority of scholars.” (Al-Mughni, 9/163)

Sheikh ‘Abd al-`Aziz ibn Baz said: “We have previously explained on more than one occasion that jihad is fard kafayah, not fard ‘ayn. All Muslims are enjoined to support their brothers with their selves (i.e., physically, by joining them), or with money, weapons, da`wah and advice. If enough of them go out (to fight), the rest are freed from sin; but if none of them do that, then all of them are sinners.

The Muslims in Saudi Arabia, Africa, North Africa and elsewhere are obliged to do their utmost, and if there is a Jihad in one country, the surrounding countries should hasten to help them, the closest then the next closest. If one or two states, or three or more, manage to fulfill the obligation, then the rest are freed of responsibility. They deserve to be supported, and it is obligatory to help them against their enemies because they are oppressed. Allah has enjoined jihad upon all Muslims, and they must fight against the enemies of Allah until their brothers are victorious. If they fail to do that, then they are sinners; but if sufficient people undertake to do that, then the rest are absolved of sin.” (Fatawa ash-Shaykh Ibn Baz, 7/335)

Fourth: Physical jihad against the disbelievers becomes obligatory in four cases, which are:

1. When the Muslim is present in a jihad situation.

2. When the enemy has come and attacked a Muslim land

3. When the ruler mobilizes the people, they must respond.

4. When a person is needed and no one else can do the task except him.

Sheikh Ibn `Uthaymin said:

Jihad is obligatory and becomes fard `ayn if a person is present where fighting is going on. This is the first of the situations in which jihad becomes an individual obligation, because Allah says: “O you who believe! When you meet those who disbelieve, in a battlefield, never turn your backs to them. And whoever turns his back to them on such a day — unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own), — he indeed has drawn upon himself wrath from Allah. And his abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination!” (Al-Anfal: 16)

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that running away on the day when the army is advancing is one of the sins that doom a person to Hell. He said: “Avoid the seven sins that doom a person to Hell…” among which he mentioned running away on the day when the army is advancing. But Allah has made exceptions in two cases:

1. When it is a military maneuver, in the sense that he is leaving to bring reinforcements.

2. When he is going to join another group, when he has been told that there is a group of Muslims elsewhere who are about to be defeated, so he goes to join them in order to strengthen their numbers. This is subject to the condition that there is no risk to the group he is in; if there is a risk to the group that he is in, then it is not permissible for him to go to the other group. In this case (jihad) is an individual obligation upon him (fard `ayn) and it is not permissible for him to leave.

The second situation (in which jihad becomes an individual obligation) is when a city is besieged by the enemy. Then he has to fight to defend the city because there is no alternative but to defend it. For if the enemy is going to prevent people from leaving the city or entering it, and prevent provisions from reaching it, and other things which are well known, then in this case the people of the city are obliged to fight in order to defend their city.

The third situation is when the leader tells the people to mobilize. The Muslim ruler is the highest authority in the state, but he need not necessarily be the leader of all the Muslims, because there has been no leader of all the Muslims (caliph or khalifah) for a long time. Allah does not forbid you, with regard to those who do not fight you on account of your religion nor drive you out of your homes, to treat them with goodness and to be just to them; truly, Allah loves those who are just. Indeed, Allah forbids you (only) with regard to those who fight you on account of religion and drive you out of your homes and assist (others) in driving you out, that you turn to them (in friendship); and whoever turns to them (in friendship), they are wrongdoers.

Quran 60:8-9.

The Holy Quran is very clear on the rules on dealing with non Muslims: fight those who fight you on account of religion or chase you away from your homes. Kindness to non Muslims is not forbidden and all non Muslims are not enemies of Islam as some terrorists would make one believe. In fact, certain non Muslims, Jews and Christians, are known as People of the Book, and possess a relationship of mercy and spiritual kinship with Muslims. So, the crisis between the Palestinian people and the Israelis contradicts Islamic tenets. There are two key issues that underlie a solution the crisis: did the Israelis chase the Palestinians out of their homes? Does the Israeli Government fight Muslims based on their religion or single out the criminal minded? The answer to these questions lies in the history of the conflict.

The 1917 Balfour Declaration drew out the preliminary conditions for the relocation of Jews back to the �Homeland� given centuries of anti-Semitic purges especially in Europe (the Spanish Inquisition , Portugal, England in 1290, France in 1306 and 1394, Belgium in 1370, Czechoslovakia in 1380, Russia in1510 etc).The Western world was forced to take action after the Second World War in which an estimated six million Jews were killed by Nazi Germany in a xenophobic massacre known as the Holocaust. The British Government was in charge in the Palestinian territory under trusteeship and was under pressure to arrange the return of the Jews, who were frightened and in danger of further attacks from escapee Nazi Officials. The Arab community under King Faisal of Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, had an agreement with Britain with a guarantee of independence for Arab territories previously under Turkish rule. The Arabs refused to share the land and objected to the migration while Jewish terrorists attacked the British Army, who were war weary. This led to the exit of Britain from the peace process and the commencement of hostilities between Jews and Arabs; culminating a six day war (known as the Yom Kippur war) which the Jews won. Some Arabs left the Israeli territory for the area known as Palestine and others remained as Israeli Arabs

The Arabs themselves were not united and quickly divided themselves into parties such Hamas and Fatah. These parties waged war on each other and against Israel thereby making the chances for peace increasingly distant. The Israelis, on their part, violated the human rights of the Palestinians; enclosing them in a wired wall like dogs and without the freedom of movement and association which are fundamental human rights guaranteed by the United Nations. This offended the sensibilities of many Arabs and many non Muslims while swelling the ranks of their enemies. To make matters worse, they labeled terrorists "Islamic fundamentalists" or "jihadists" thereby glorifying them and justifying their cause. All sides appeared to be engaged in wrongdoing and praising themselves for it.

All attempts to reconcile the parties ended in failure because of the lack of knowledge of the negotiators. First, the Arab community should have been reminded that suicide is not Islamic but leads to hell that is further than a forty years scent.This reminds one of the Quranic scripture Surat al Maida(The Table) verse 8 which says "... and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from Justice.Bet Just:that is next to piety" Also, psychiatrists would testify to a competent Shura (council of Muslim leaders) that suicide is a mental disorder which is not an attribute of the Mujahideen. Forming parties is forbidden by the Holy Quran (Surat al Anam verse 159 which says:"As for those who divide their religion and breakup into sects thou hast no part in them in the least:their affair is with God:He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did") and the quarrel between Muslim brothers is as a result of the bells of Shaytan the rejected (Satan) ringing in order to destroy the faith in the hearts of Muslims. This would have stopped attacks ages ago and prevented the human rights violations.

Compulsory cradle to grave with industrial schools and cooperative education using online jobs, multiple income stream, business cloning, shift system, model business plans and integrated business management should develop the educational system in Israel and eliminates the poverty which the hatred thrives on.

The Israeli Government must take serious actions to protect its existence. The First action would be the expulsion of pagans, atheists, Satanists (Fake Jews) etc; leaving only the three major religions: Christianity, Islam and Judaism as the only religions in Israel. Property and funds recovered from such groups should be handed over the Muslims as war bounty. This fulfills a prophecy in the Holy Quran that in the end times, the People of the Book and Muslims will unite against unbelief. The religious laws and the Fundamental International laws should form the Israeli constitution which would be based on Confederal, Consociational Democracy with revolving roles and a permanent unity Government. The acceptance of the two state solution by the Israeli Government is a step in the right direction.

Islamophobia must be banned and a dhimmies status should be assigned to the People of the Book resident in Israel.For all Muslims,let it be known that Surat al A'raf (The Heights) verse 61 says "...but if the enemy incline towards peace,do thou (also) incline towards peace,and trust in God:for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all things".Also,"Allah calls for an abode of Peace".The application of these methods will lead to peace in the Holy land, the land of Peace.
